What Is a Holistic Nutritionist?

A holistic nutritionist uses whole foods, natural lifestyle practices, herbs and tailored supplementation to address health concerns, support imbalances and root causes. Their goal is to bring the body back into balance.

There is no one-size-fits all approach and every individual must be given their own unique road back to achieve balance.

When addressing specific health concerns, every aspect of an individuals lifestyle, dietary habits, physical state, mental health, and emotional well-being is taken into account in order to develop their protocol.

My Counseling Approach

Each person has unique health requirements and goals, and our bodies react differently to food. I employ evidence-based research and combine it with integrative and holistic nutrition practices to provide personalized nutrition assessments. These allow me to offer meal plans, supplement recommendations, and other tools customized to cater to children, teenagers, athletes, pregnant women, and adults with health ailments.

I also offer a study of my clients' genetic variations and food sensitivities to help them reach their goals.

I was born in Costa Rica and spent my childhood in the tropical paradise, I moved to Canada to study Holistic Nutrition

 I realized that my true passion lies in the field of nutrition and help others. I have always believed that teaching healthy habits at a young age prevents many problems and will create advantageous long-term results.
